The purpose of the research is to develop scientifically based tools for the professional development of social service providers on issues of professional resilience and communication, the implementation of family policy, support for families in difficult life circumstances, as well as the social and legal mechanism of family and gender policy in the field of preventing domestic violence and combating human trafficking.

Subject of research – professional development of personnel on issues of professional resilience and communication of social service providers.
Project goal – to develop a series of professionally oriented trainings for social service providers that enhance staff qualifications in the implementation of family policy, support for families in difficult life circumstances, professional resilience and communication, as well as the social and legal mechanism for preventing domestic violence and combating human trafficking.
Research objectives: to analyze scientific approaches to the professional resilience and communication of social sphere specialists; to identify the training needs of social service providers; to develop a series of professionally oriented trainings; to pilot it in practice; to summarize the results and prepare an analytical report.
Research methods: analysis of scientific sources, surveys of professionals, delivery of trainings, observation, and interpretation of the obtained data.
Scientific result – a series of three professionally oriented trainings and a model of professional development for social service providers combining theory and practice have been developed and piloted. The piloting showed increased professional resilience, communicative competence, and effectiveness of specialists in working with families.
Research novelty – an interdisciplinary approach that integrates psychological, social, and legal tools and responds to current challenges of social work, levels of professional stress, and interaction with families in difficult circumstances.
Practical application – the results can be used in the professional development of social service workers, family support centers, educational institutions, and NGOs.
