Subject of the study: the system of professional training for educators in institutions of higher education.
The purpose of this work is to study scientific and methodological issues related to the training of competitive teaching professionals in an innovative educational environment; to supervise student research projects, provide advisory and organizational support for student research in the scientific and methodological fields, and prepare university students to participate in academic competitions and contests; to prepare, develop, and publish scientific and methodological materials; to conduct scientific seminars and conferences on the training of competitive educators in an innovative educational environment; and to analyze the results of empirical research and monitor the outcomes of their implementation.
The results obtained have been reflected in collective and individual monographs, teaching guides, articles in Ukrainian academic journals, and publications indexed in the international scientometric databases Scopus and Web of Science, proceedings of international and all-Ukrainian scientific and practical conferences, seminars, roundtables, and webinars, as well as in the content of educational programs, academic disciplines, and methodological materials for training students pursuing higher education in pedagogical fields.
The research findings have been integrated into the educational processes of higher education institutions and general secondary education institutions, and have been utilized in the development of innovative models for the professional training of educators, the organization of teaching practicums, and the development of digital, inclusive, communicative, and research competencies among future specialists.
