The research and development work was commissioned by the Directorate for Organizing the Activities of Convoy Service Units of the Preventive Activities Department of the National Police of Ukraine to facilitate the future development and improvement of specialized vehicles used by the National Police of Ukraine’s convoy service units for transporting detainees; these vehicles must meet requirements for the safe and comfortable transport of six detainees in individual compartments and nine police officers—including the driver—equipped with standard-issue weaponry and personal protective equipment.
