The object of the study is the processes of change management in the enterprise when applying the ESG strategy.
The purpose of the research is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations and develop scientific and practical recommendations for managing changes in business structures using the ESG strategy in wartime and the post-war period.
Research methods. The theoretical basis of the study is the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists on change management. The following general scientific and special methods were used in the research process: generalization and systematization, grouping and qualification, to improve the theoretical aspects of change management in the enterprise; deduction and induction methods, matrix methods, computational and analytical and comparative methods for research and diagnostics of the state of change management when applying the ESG strategy.
The novelty lies in the theoretical substantiation and development of a comprehensive scientific and methodological approach to managing changes in business structures on the basis of the ESG strategy (environmental, social and managerial factors) in conditions of martial law and for the tasks of post-war reconstruction.
Theoretical and practical results:
- theoretical and methodological approaches to managing changes in enterprises in wartime and the post-war period were studied;
- the characteristic features of methods and tools for managing changes in the enterprise were determined, taking into account the application of the ESG strategy;
- the directions and specifics of research in the specified areas of development of business structures to modern business conditions were analyzed;
- a mechanism for managing changes in enterprises when applying the ESG strategy was formed.
