The object of the study is the processes of economic and legal activity of various business entities in modern operating conditions.
The purpose of the work is to generalize and develop theoretical and methodological principles and develop practical recommendations for improving the accounting, analytical and regulatory and legal support of entrepreneurial activity.
Research methods are theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, systemic and comprehensive approach, comparative analysis, monographic, praxemetric, economic analysis, statistical, economic and mathematical, abstract-logical.
The report considers problematic issues regarding the organization of information support for company reporting in wartime; regulatory and legal support for income tax accounting; features of the organization of tax planning in foreign countries; principles of taxation and their impact on the economy; the effectiveness of accounting innovations in the context of their impact on increasing the profitability of enterprises; the impact of digital technologies on the development of the accounting and audit system in Ukraine; the ratio of the stages of the movement of civil proceedings and the procedural form of civil proceedings.
The issues considered correspond to the general theme of the department's research work and reveal the relevance of this topic.
The research results were used in the educational process, when performing economic contract scientific research, tested at scientific conferences and published in scientific articles.
