It consists in the study of the peculiarities of the performance of mechanized construction operations in post-war territories, the development of modern machines and the equipment necessary for the performance of such operations with the characteristics of competitiveness. Based on the results of the research, it is expected to develop the methodology and principles of designing machines, complexes and equipping construction equipment, taking into account the specifics of work operations in the conditions of reconstruction of post-war territories. In the course of implementation of the state budget topic, it is expected that the awardees Zayt Y., Zozulya N., Bilokon S., Fedishyn B., Kuhar V., Lytvynyuk D., Tinyakov O., Pidgurskyi I., Gontym I., Besida A., Kolomiits V., Drachuk V., Korobenko Ya., Bilokon O. and Proskurin O. will defend their doctoral theses.
The expected results of the 1st stage (2024) of the work will be a review and analysis of the current state of the specifics of construction works in the conditions of the reconstruction of post-war territories, an analysis of the needs of mechanization of modern construction technological operations, the state of development of branch mechanical engineering in construction, determination of strategies and directions for the improvement and development of machines, complexes and equipment for construction works, analysis of modern methods of engineering design.

External and internal factors influencing the functioning of construction machines and working equipment in the conditions of reconstruction of post-war territories have been systematized and classified, in particular: physical and mechanical characteristics of soils at construction sites; loading, wear and dynamic impact modes; structural and mass-inertial parameters of working bodies.
Quantitative and qualitative patterns of the influence of certain factors on: geometric parameters of working bodies; kinematic indicators; power indicators have been established.
The limiting and rational values of the parameters of the operation of machines and complexes have been determined, taking into account the specifics of post-war conditions.
The initial data and parametric dependencies have been formed for the further construction of mathematical models of the interaction of the working body with the environment.
The directions of constructive improvement of elements of construction machines and equipment have been substantiated in order to: increase the efficiency of work; reduce the energy intensity of processes; increase the reliability and durability of equipment.ruction
