The aim of the work is to enhance the efficiency of automation systems for technological processes in manufacturing and transport through the use of existing and the creation of new models, methods, technologies, devices, and software suites for automating design tasks. Research methods include methodologies for developing and evaluating development strategies for computer-integrated systems and mathematical modeling, as well as the synthesis, development, and reengineering of control systems for technological processes in manufacturing and transport. The scientific and technical results include: increasing the efficiency of a construction robot's workflow through the selection of optimal operating modes; developing an information technology and mathematical model for selecting a human biometric identification cluster—ensuring the choice of the best cluster based on criteria of accuracy, reliability, speed, and resilience to external factors; justifying the application and constructing schemes and models based on Industry 5.0 technologies (digital twins, the Industrial Internet of Things, and digital modeling) to improve the efficiency of predictive analytics for ready-mix concrete logistics; developing new design models for an information system to manage a robotic terminal; and developing a new infological model for a multi-criteria selection system for mini-loaders—along with its software implementation—to improve the efficiency of selecting such machines for road construction.
