The purpose of the study is to scientifically substantiate theoretical and methodological provisions and develop conceptual principles for the formation of a public management strategy for the sustainable development of territories in the conditions of a circular economy, taking into account the activities of LLC "AQUATEK-UKRAINE". The emphasis is on defining the essence of sustainable development of territories, revealing the role of the circular economy in public management, substantiating the purpose of forming a strategy, and characterizing the conceptual and methodological principles of its development.
The object of the study is the process of public management of sustainable development of territories in the conditions of a circular economy. The subject of the study covers the theoretical and methodological, conceptual and methodological principles for the formation of a public management strategy for sustainable development of territories, in particular in terms of determining goals, principles, approaches, tools, partnership mechanisms, resource-efficient practices and opportunities for involving business entities in the sustainable development of territories.
To achieve the set goal, systemic, territorial, resource, environmental, institutional, stakeholder, program-targeted, partnership and risk-oriented approaches were used, as well as methods of generalization, structural-logical analysis, comparison and systematization. This allowed us to reveal the theoretical and methodological principles of public management of sustainable development of territories, to substantiate the goal of forming a strategy in the conditions of a circular economy, to determine its conceptual and methodological foundations.
