The object of the study is socio-economic relations that develop during the interaction of public administration bodies with other subjects of development of territories and communities. The subject of the study is the improvement of strategic imperatives of managing the system of socio-economic relations in the conditions of specific historical features of the national policy of the state. Achieving the set goal necessitated the formulation and solution of the following tasks of a methodological and practical nature: based on the study of applied aspects of structural changes in business management, determine the degree of validity of theoretical concepts in order to identify their scientific and methodological significance and possibilities of application by modern science; improve the classification of conflict factors and scientific provisions on the formation of methods of working with conflicts at the state, municipal and local levels; investigate the specifics of the transformation of state and corporate social responsibility in war conditions, in particular through the analysis of the dynamics of public trust in institutions and new formats of social partnership; determine methodological approaches to the analysis of the macroeconomic component of the modern paradigm of the national economy in the context of long-term social development; to identify differences and points of intersection between state, municipal and local approaches to working with different categories of social groups; to improve the approach to adapting workers to unstable working conditions and to investigate modern trends and methods of social work that are used in the conditions of decentralization and war in Ukraine.
