The object of the study is the land surface, the condition of which is affected by underground mining operations at the Kolachevskyi mine (PJSC "CGZK"), causing various types of deformation. The aim of the work is to monitor horizontal and vertical deformations, determine their impact on the surface and the structures located thereon, analyze the obtained results, and forecast the potential future state of the study area. Research method. The study's objective necessitated the use of a comprehensive research approach, in which experimental data obtained through instrumental observations were subjected to analytical processing and theoretical substantiation. Work was carried out to determine horizontal and vertical deformations based on an analysis of the planimetric and vertical positions of benchmarks. Leveling of the observation station's profile benchmarks was performed using a SETL DSZ3 level, while horizontal and vertical angles and distances between benchmarks were measured using a SET 630R electronic total station.
