Creating conditions and motivation for physical culture and sports of different groups with the help of the latest technologies.
popup.description2
The research encompassed work with various population groups, including athletes across different sports and age categories, as well as higher education students from diverse fields of study. Key areas of focus included injury incidence, medico-biological monitoring of athletic activity, the study of athletes' neurodynamic properties, and the assessment of the cardiovascular system's functional state and regulatory mechanisms during physical exertion. Additionally, the research examined the specifics of physical exertion during hormonal shifts-specifically in the pre-pubertal period and among women during various phases of the ovarian-menstrual cycle. Regarding sports training, the study addressed athlete preparation across various stages and periods, developed sport-specific training models, and formulated training approaches that define the structure and content of preparation for both amateur and elite-level sports. Work on health-improvement and recreational technologies focused on identifying modern methods of promoting health through physical education and implementing fitness and recreational programs for diverse population groups. Research into specialized training for Ukrainian law enforcement agencies addressed the organization of training and personnel readiness for performing official duties during both routine operations and combat situations. Amendments were also introduced to refine the educational component titled "Structure of Physical Training within Ukraine's Military Formations." A key outcome of the research on this topic is the development of the proprietary "Kinesioplastics" program, which led to the launch of the educational-professional program "Physical Culture and Sport: Kinesioplastics (a human health restoration system)" within the specialty A7 Physical Culture and Sport, under the field of knowledge A1 Education
