Results: there were developed the assortment, receipts and technology of production of two groups of dry products of prophylactic purpose on the basis of milled rusks and milk "Malyutka" type. In Odessa regional clinical hospital the medico-biological expertise of dry products was made, showing the expedience of their use; the technology of production of dry products based on milled rusks was tested. For dry products there were developed and approved processing conditions "Dry products of functional purpose for child nutrition, specification for their production, norms of consumption of semiproducts and materials".
