The nonlinear matheamatic model of wheel pair is made more precise by the members which were not taken into consideration earlier. The analytic expression of critical motion velocity is obtained dy means of Lyapunov's function in the form of quadratic function. If tne motion velocity exceeds of critical velocity then soft or hard less of motion stability takes place. The approximate analytic method of construction or the periodic motion regims of wheel pair is proposed. The nonlinear members in the differential equations of pair motion is generated by the curvely of wheel profile. The matnematical models and the program bases are elaborated for computer simulation of tne rectilinear and circular motions of two-axle cart with taking into consideration of dry friction in the support heel with carriage.
