The aim of the work is developing of new variant of null-feild method for solution two-dimension problem of scattering of waves on homogeneous body in plane-layered medium; studying of influence of this medium and various characteristics of layer to the one of the general characteristic of scattered field-itsindicatrice of scattering. As the results of this work dependences of diagrams of scattering by two-dimensional inclusions in the plane-layered medium of various inclusion's parameters have been researched and both model of scattering object as a model of incident field have been improved.
