The goal of the work - creation and development of analitical methods of solving problems arising in the theory of ODE and PDE, the control theory and the Kinetic theory of multi-particle systems. The methods of the investigation - the moment min-problem, the theory of differential equations, the theory of special functions, symmetrisation of analytic functions. Within the second stage of the project: the complete analytic description of the solvability set for the Markov trigonometric moment min-problem with periodic gaps is obtained. The problem of extinguisheing of the periodically chosen frequencies of vibration of a string is solved; controls solving the problems of null-controllability and approximate null-controllability for the wave equation on a half-axis are found explicity; the strong stabilizability problem is considered for a control system with skew-adjoint operator and one-dimensional control.
