The efficiency of extraction nosugar by such mix in 5 times is higher, than with use lime. The same mix is most effective as absorbent-ionic-exchange for a mitigation of sugar juices. The experimental results on Ygotinsky a sugar factory have shown, that the basic laboratory laws prove to be true and with clearing industrial juice 2-nd saturation. The high quality of solutions with use absorbents as a powder has increased on 2%. Both minerals cause reduction colour of juice 2-nd saturation up to 50%. Optimum expenses of minerals for decolouration of juice 2-nd saturation come to 1 % on weight of a solution, which is exposed to clearing. The recommendations for introduction of natural minerals in beet-sugary manufacture on improvement of quality of a product are developed.
