The clinical features and current of virus hepatitis's of the combined etiology (hepatitis B, C, D) are investigated. With this purpose the information system of a storage and analysis of the clinical data were develop. The schema of their immunological monitoring is offered. The contents of nitrates, nitrites and L-arginine are investigated with the count of their role in interferongenesis. These tests can be utilised as the objective control of effectiveness of interferon - therapy at the patients by chronic virus hepatitis.
