Using the Newton's diagrams method, the structure of the general asymptotic solution of degenerated linear system in the neighbourhood of the irregular singular point is investigated. The asymptotic analysis of general solution of the singularly perturbed linear system with two small parameters is developed using the space analogue of Newton's diagrams. The obtained results are new and may be used for further development of the general theory of degenerated system of differential equations and the theory of singular perturbations.
