Aim was generalising the results of study and developing the methodical recommendations on metabolic active therapy using in Chernobyl disaster survivors with CFH due CHD. Methods: Standard clinical examination, analysis of irradiation influence, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, ECG monitoring, heart rate variability monitoring, dopplerechocardiography, bicycle ergometry. Results: It was evidenced that in Chernobyl disaster survivors main ethyology factors of CHF was CHD. It was caused of the most frequently hospitalisation of Chernobyl disaster survivors in age more 55 years. Regularities and algorithm of developing of CHF due CHD were determined. After Preductal MR treatment quantity and length of ST-depression episodes depth more 1,0mV, frequency and intensity of angina pectoris, decreasing and in some cases refusal of nitro-glycerine using were observed. Preductal MR promote to reduction of ectopy heart activity in survivors with CHF due CHD. Particularly important for prognosis was decreasing of ventricular pair an group extrasystolia. Significant reliable of left ventricle systolic and diastolic function after Preductal MR using was determined. After Preductal MR treatment increased indexes that characterising total heart rhythm variability, parasympathetic activity in daytime and particularly in period of night rest, decreased sympathetic hyperactivity. After Preductal MR treatment increased exercise tolerance, efficacy of oxygen consumption in exercise. Efficacy: The Effects of Preductal MR treatment motivate practicability its using in Chernobyl disaster survivors with CHF due CHD for treatment optimisation, deceleration of complications, improvements of life quality.
