The aim of this step was the synthesis and investigation of modified derivatives of natural bioregulators such as flavonoids, coumarines and alkaloids. The interaction of 1,5-bielectrophilic syntones with binucleophiles has been studied. The new method of synthesis of condensed quinazolines has been elaborated. Triazole analogs of isoflavones and aminoacid derivatives of coumarines have been prepared. New methods of modification of benzopyranes have been proposed.
