The scientific work is based on data about caries frequency and intensivity, reculiarity it's clinical caurses in children from ecological unfavourable regions of West Ukraine. Also the data about periodontal deseases, fluorosis and orthodonic rathology were presented. It was defind the ecological situation in essentialy spread the dental deseases in children. The motivated results of biochemical, morphology and immunological researches of saliva is being civen. The prophylaxy measures that included biogenic stimulants are being suggested and carried out.
