We study asymptotic behavior of solutions to semilinear wave equation with nonlinear boundary dissipation. The goal of the work is to prove existence of compact global attractor and to study it's structure. The result obtained means that solutions of the considered equation uniformly tend to a compact set when time goes to infinity. This set consists of full trajectories of the system that connect stationary points of the considered equation. Method of research is theoretical construction. The work is of theoretical nature.
