The objectives consisted in following: to select conditions for the maximum biomass accumulation of micelial fungi Trichoderma viride Pers. et. Harz., Chaetomium globossum Kunze, Pleurotus ostreatus (Jacq.:Fr.) Kumm. and to determine hydrolytic activity of extracellular enzymes of Ch. globossum and Т. viride; to define pattern of root exometabolites excretion in "Donetzkaya-49" wheat cultivar seedlings; to determine bacteria growth dynamics in the alga D. viridis culture and in different synthetic media, to determine proteins, lipids and pigments contents in bacterial biomass in culture media of different compositions; to define influence of different concentrations of copper sulfate ions on growth dynamics and biomass composition of halophilic bacteria, to describe the specific peculiarities of carotenegenesis in three Dunaliella genus species, to determine dynamics, intracellular localization and reversability of b-carotene accumulation when cultivating algae under carotenegenesis induction conditions. It was determined the following: fungal biomass accumulation dynamics in media of different compositions; activity of extracellular fungal enzymes in accordance with cultivation on different sources of carbon; qualitative and quantitative compositions of root exometabolites of wheat 1, 2 and 3-day seedlings under different exometabolite collection schemes; accumulation of lipids, proteins, pigments in bacterial biomass in cultures of different age; salinity (NaCl) and copper sulfate ions concentrations influences on accumulation of pigments, proteins and lipids in bacterial biomass; accumulation of b-carotene in cells of three Dunaliella species and dynamics of b-carotenecontent in cells and subcellular fractions of D. bardawil under induction conditions and after transition into standard conditions of cultivation. It was established, that accumulation of Р. ostreatus, Ch. globossum, Т. viride biomass depended on medium composition. Application of two-stage cultivation system did not allow raising amount of fungal biomass and yield of protein per biomass unit, but it was observed an activation of enzymatic systems. Qualitative and quantitative compositions of root exometabolites of wheat cultivar "Donetzkaya-49" characterized by certain age dependence. Removing exometabolites from rhizosphere initiated additional exometabolite excretion into rhizosphere. Systems of excretion of proteins, carbohydrates and lipids functioned autonomously. Passages of isolated from culture of green alga D. viridis hyperhalinic bacteria on usual mineral media with low salts contents led to pigmentation and halotolerance loss. Cultivation of bacteria on media with n-alkanes and high NaCl contentsevoked accumulation of neutral lipids and pigments in bacterial cells. The bacteria isolated were characterized by high tolerance to copper ions. Illumination of 8 klx, temperature 38-40°C, cell concentration rise up to 5 mln. per 1 ml of cultural liquid taken from 3-4-week culture evoked during 2 days growth inhibition in D. bardawil cultures and 3 time accumulation of b-carotene in cells comparing to the initial level. Transition of the culture under standard cultivation conditions (illumination 6,5 klx, temperature 38-40°C, concentration 1 mln. of cells in fresh cultural medium) at first (in half an hour) brought about lowering of b-carotene content in cells to the initial level, and then (in 1 day) - to renewing of cells ability to divide. Accumulation of b-carotene in cells and revealed reversability of this process were associated with changing of b-carotene content in cytosol fraction.
