Subject of inquiry: bioactive phyto-adjunct syrup "Valeoton", dry oat breakfasts with fruits and vegetables, acrospire dishes, state of health of the children of common school № 57, 141 of Kharkiv, and № 9 of Zaporizhja. Project goal: study of corrective effect of syrup "Valeoton" on the state of physical and mental health of children from different ecological regions, development of receipts for acrospire dishes, receipts and technology of making dry oat breakfasts, getting hygienic resume and approving TC on acrospire fresh and dried. Findings and their novelty: hygienic resume on acrospire fresh and dried has been got and TC have been registered, the receipts for dishes, made of these healthy products, have been developed. The receipts of dry breakfasts with "Valeoton" have been designed and approved. Long-term work on implementation of a health state tracking program in school establishments (common schools No. 141, 57 in Kharkiv and No. 9 in Zaporizhja), while the effectiveness of the developed adjunct syrup "Valeoton" was being estimated. Use of the syrup leads to decreasing the content of aluminum, lead, manganese, and increasing content of iron in saliva. Use of syrup "Valeoton" results in optimization of functioning cardiovascular system, that gives rise to increasing fitness for work and strengthening functional reserves of an organism in whole. While using syrup "Valeoton" the activity increases of ?- amylase and alkaline phosphatase in saliva. Phyto-correction with syrup "Valeoton" allows normalizing investigated figures of pupils' health in favorable ecological regions, but children in more polluted regions need further correction of thehealth state.
