The methodological principles of analysis of motivations, founded on fundamental conditions of their historical development are designed, which one serve to further perfecting of the theory of behavior of customers. The practical guidelines on mining the programs of an estimation motivation of the solutions relevant, first of all, for the explorers of the Ukrainian market are formulated. The significant technique typologization of customers on set(combination) мотивационных of tags is designed practically, which one allows the companies to correct the base market, to select a target segment, to estimate productivity of marketing tools.
