The ainrof the work is the search of optimal conditions for mother-plant a storage, which ensure high percentage of healthy mother-plants, owing to air temperature, treatments and packings. Methods of' investigations are laboratory ones. There was studied mother-plants preservation of parsley, parsnip and lobo radish, in dependence of storage methods. The influence of storage methods on mother-plants of parsley, parsnip and lobo radish preservation is determined. Losses of mass, dimensions of mother-plants are defined. There is revealed the influence of storage methods on the change of biochemical indices, affection of mother-plants by diseases during storage and economic efficiency. Storage methods significantly influenced the mother-plants keeping quality. The mother-plants were kept better in a storehouse in a clamp powdered with sand; percentage of healthy mother-plants was: parsley - 94.6%, parsnip - 93.8%, lobo radish - 95.6% and in polyethylene sacks from the storehouse: parsley - 88.8%, parsnip - 88.1%, lobo radish - 91.0%; from refrigerating chamber it was almost'equal (89.7 - 89.9%). Treatment of parsley and lobo radish mother-plants by polycarp ensured the high percentage of healthy mother-plants (parsley - 81.4 - 86.8%, lobo radish - 83.8 - 88.3%).
