The series of new heterocyclic compounds with potential biological activity, namely, 4,6-dioxo-1,3-dioxane and tetrahydroquinoline derivatives, substituted pyridine-3-carboxylate, were prepared. Structural analogs of this compounds showed bioactivity in the wide range, that gives the reason for its synthesis. In particular, these new substances could be potentially used as cardiotonics, fungicides, insecticides & acaricides
