Every quarter reports about motion of implementation of measures of Kyiv city state administration in relation to realization/ Basic directions of social policy on a period to 2004 year, which are directed to Ministry of labour and social policy of Ukraine. The results enable to watch the changes and tendencies in the sphere of public welfare, humanitarian policy, labour relations, demographic policy. Analyse expedience and efficiency of introduction of new organizational, legal and economic mechanisms of city social policy, that makes the scientific novelty of work.5635
