A research object is district of city. The article of research is the socio-economic state of districts of city and capital on the whole. A purpose is complex estimation (rating) of socio-economic development of each of districts in the system of city economic complex. Conducting of calculations in relation to determination of rating of Kyiv's districts on results activity for 2003 year and during 2004 year. The novelty of work is the improvement of existent method of rating estimation of socio-economic development of territories. The analysis of development of city's districts, exposure of backlogs of providing of their dynamic steady development and acceptance of rational administrative decisions in relation to development of all ecjnjmic complex of region is a job performance.5635
