The method for impurity complexes diagnostics in silicon has been proposed.The conception of laser and ultrasonic governing of the dislocation mobility has been developed. The coatings prospective for industrial application and the methods of their deposition have been worked out. Thermoelectric power of a series of pure metals and multilayered composites was shown to vary upon deformation in 2-3 stages. The diffusivity processes in these materials enhance upon the layered thickness decrease.
