The aim of the study to create differential approach to treatment of acute leukemia and myelodysplastic syndromes in patients who suffered from Chornobyl accident to take in account their molecular-genetic date and multiple drug resistance. The methods were clinical, morphological, histological, immunological, cytogenetical, molecular and mathematical. 46 patients examined who suffered from Chornobyl accident: from them - 35 acute leukemia patients (15 one with ALL and 20 with AML) and 11 patients with MDS (8 - rafractory anemia (RA) and 3 with unclassifyed MDS (MDS-u). 23 patients (12 one with ALL , 8 with AML and 3 with MDS) without negative influence of the Chornobyl disaster. Preliminary analyse sugest for radioassociation AL is more frequent negative course of the desease deal with infection complications, difficulties with intensive chemotherapy. Precence p53 gene mutation led to more aggressive therapy with allogene and autologic gemopoietic sterm cells transplantation. Obtained data can be served for the radio-induced and radio-associated cases of deseases for separate classification category and determined of AML modern classification. Amifostin using in AL patients after remission induction accelerate granulocytopoiesis recavery and risk development infection complication among patients decrease. No radio-associated chromosoma abnormality was found. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
