The purpose of work - researches of processes of generation of streams charged particles in conditions of low pressure, formation of a relief of a surface of the cathode in diode spray of system with the cold cathode.Method of research - experimental researches of gas categories of low pressure in ionic-plasma systems and digit characteristics pulse of magnetron spray systems. It is investigated experimentally and theoretically for magnetron the category of a constant stream with the hour sanction process of an output to a stationary condition after passage of an arc. The model describing dynamic properties of magnetron of the category is developed. The design of a source of streams of the charged particles is offered on the basis of the reflected category (cell of Penning) with the hollow cathodes made of a material which has the big factor of secondary ionic-electronic issue, i.e. graphite. Modes of formation of tubular new growths on the cathode in diode spray system with the cold cathode are established. The mechanism of formation and growth of these new growths is offered.
