A method of an estimation of an obsolescence of systems of stowage for the first time is designed, which one allows to avaluate prospects for the development of these systems with allowance for of requests of food, ecological and power safety. are created by a fundamentals of the software for analysis of the possible scripts of progressing of a system of stowage. The justified deductions for the first time are made that the arbitrary building of refrigerating plants (or insertion them from operating) regardless to communal indexs of a system of stowage contradicts requests of food, ecological and power national security.
