Object of research: the patients with breast cancer. The purpose: increasing the efficacy of the radionuclide diagnosis of the breast cancer and regional metastases using the new radiopharmaceuticals. Methods of research: scintigraphy, radiometry, mathematical, laboratory, statistical. The techniques of mammoscintigraphy with 99mTc-MIBI and 99mTc-ДMSA, radionuclide investigation of sentinel lymph nodes in patients with breast cancer were elaborated, its diagnostic efficacy was evaluated.
