Technique and software for calculation of industrial and manufacturing norms of energy consumption, heat and fuel rates used for manufacturing and calcinating alumina, gallium and lime and also for producing steam, electric power, compressed air and water transfer were developed. Norms are being calculated on the basis of a regression analysis of influence of an ambient temperature, production output, bauxite rate factor and hydrate humidity. Temporary through norms of power resources consumption for commodity alumina manufacturing were developed and approved.
