Head Коrenyuk Ivan Ivanovich, Registration Date 05-06-2006 Organization National Taurida V.Vernadsky University popup.description2 It is shown that pacemaker activity of PPa1 neuron has an exo-somatic origin but not an endo-somatic origin. A generator of a slow-wave rhythm that starts пачечная activity in PPa1 and B7 neurons with a period of more than 100 seconds located in visceral ganglion. Pacemaker activity of identified PPa2 and PPa7 neurons has an endogenous character. It is revealed that Ca2+ ions with an incoming Ph-sensitive current do not take part in generation of pacemaker activity of the neurons. A locus of generation of pacemaker activity of a neuron located in a branched dendrite. A new type of proton-dependent current is revealed differing from the described above currents of acid-sensitive ion channels. It is shown that the current is a Ca2+-selective current and to a great extend depends on a potential of a membrane if it is activated by the positive values of voltage. It is revealed that bisdesmozides glycosides did not have an influence on a background activity of the neurons. On the contrary, monodesmozides glycosides hyperpolarized the membrane neurons. It is established that this effect is determined by increased K+ coming out from the cells. Moreover, it is revealed that nalacson influence on the neurons straightly proportionally depends on power of calcium current of a neuron. It is established that benzimidazol and some of its derivatives change electrogenesis of mollusk's neurons. With a help of electrical differentiation of activity potential method the mechanisms of action have been revealed. It is shown that benzimidazol and its derivatives activate or depress natrium, calcium, potassium and chloric ion currents. Glycopeptides depending on aminoacid radical hyperpolarize depolarize membrane of the neurons. The effect is caused primarily by depression of natrium, calcium, potassium ion currents.
