The purpose of work – to determine reactivity of phenols of a different structure in undesirable reactions with molecular oxygenium, hydroperoxides, peroxides and in form of multi-parameter correlation equation to estimate the contribution of explored processes in general antioxidant activity of phenols. Methods of research - chemiluminescence, gasovolumometry, spectroscopy etc. Results - with usage of semiempirical parabolic model of a transient state (PMTS) were calculated kinetic parameters of response of phenols of a different structure with molecular oxygenium, hydroperoxides and peroxides. The conditions of oxidizing process are determine, at which it is necessary to take into account these reactions as a path of barren expending of antioxidant.
