OBJECT of RESEARCH: 204 patients with different valvular heart diseases (204 with mitral and 147 - aortic regurgitation). PURPOSE: decrease of cardiovascular complications, increase of patients survival rate. METHODS: clinical, biochemical, instrumental, statistical. RESULTS: determination of the risk factors for progression of intracardiac disturbances, effect of different variants of treatment at preoperational stages. NOVELTY: definition of the risk factors for progression, effectiveness of different medicamentous therapy. EFFICIENCY: decreasing of cardiovascular complications frequency at 25 %, patients survival rate at 20%. SPHERE of USE: therapeutical, rheumatological, cardiological, cardiosurgical departments.
