In an experiment on 76 dogs with the experimental model of adhesive process of organs of abdominal cavity the role of autoimmune component is proved in pathogeny of adhesions. The original system of estimation of adhesive process, based on morphological and functional criteria, is developed. The methods of prophylaxis and treatment are offered adhesions, based on suppression of autoiimmunnykh processes.
