Description

With the purpose of adduction of the national system of standardization to the international requirements it is necessary to develop the standards of quality of soils relatively according to: methods of nutrification activity determination, determination denitrification activity by gas chromatographic method, sampling of soil and their preparation for the microbiological analysis, determination of nitrogen-fixing activity by acetylene reduction method, methods of amylase activity determination, micromycetes quantity test. Introduction of these standards will allow to the specialists to estimate the microbiological indexes of soils, that positively will influence on industry of agriculture.
