The expected results are an analytical message about motion of the Government program in 2005 year realization in the cutting of subprograms for presentation it to The Ukraine Government; report about motion of Government program realization on measures for 2005 and half-year of 2006; the project of measures about execution of the Government program on 2007 year. A novelty of work is improvement of existent world complex system analysis method of city economic complex, methodical recommendations for development of the medium-term city programs.
