Description

The research object is the city economic complex. The purpose of work is realization of complex analysis of subprograms implementation of the Government program of Kyiv social and economical development on a period to 2010 year. Methods of research are economical and statistical analysis of the systems, comparison and grouping, generalization. The expected results are an analytical message about motion of the Government program in 2005 year realization in the cutting of subprograms for presentation it to The Ukraine Government; report about motion of Government program realization on measures for 2005 and half-year of 2006; the project of measures about execution of the Government program on 2007 year. A novelty of work is improvement of existent world complex system analysis method of city economic complex, methodical recommendations for development of the medium-term city programs. The work results will allow to provide of cooperation and coordination of city enterprises, establishments and organizations work more weighed and operativeli with the central and local branch of executive power, branch of local self-government, ministries and departments in the process of realization of measures of the Government program.5635
