Object of research: the patients with breast cancer. The purpose: increasing the efficacy of the radionuclide diagnosis of the breast cancer and regional metastases using the new radiopharmaceuticals. Methods of research: scintigraphy, radiometry, mathematical, laboratory, statistical. The equipment: gamma-camera "E.CAM", gamma-probe "Europrobe". The diagnostic efficacy of the mammoscintigraphy with 99mTc-MIBI and 99mTc-DMSA, radionuclide investigation of sentinel lymph nodes in patients with breast cancer was determined.
