3. The object of this experimental and clinical work were ion-transporting mechamisms, structures of the cells, the cronic alcoholisation, mental diseases, heridietary.As a subject of the investigation were Na,K-cotransport, Na,K,Cl-cotransport, Na/Li-countertransport, peroxide lipid oxidation processes the state of enzymatic component of antioxidation defence, the optical spectra of hemoglobin, its complexesv and hemolizat, the affinity of hemoglobin to oxygen, structure and functional peculiarities of erythrocytes, exeperimental ethanol intoxication, alcoholism, shizoprenia. We have examined in red blood cells changes of the parametrs during the ethanol intoxication of rats and their posterity of 1-st and 2-nd generations. The duration of ethanol intoxication was one .. six months. Changes of ouabain-insensitive sodium-transport mechanisms and modulation of the others links of metabolism have been demonstrated in which ways erythrocyte membranes adapt to the chronic presence of ethanol.
