Comparative analysis of frequency's birth defects by ultrasonic prenatal diagnostics 50789 pregnant for a period 2000-2005 and 17478 pregnant for a period 1984-1985 have been provided. A growing of frequency of birth defects with 14,0:1000 before 31,7:1000, changing their structure to the account of growing's syndromes of multipal birth defects, particularly chromosomic ethiology, have been apointed. The spectrum of the revealed anomalies have been observed. Have been shown aneed and the organizing bases for making the prenatal genetic monitoring in the structure of the medical genetic service.
