Results are got on growing of thin films of semiconductor connections А2В6- CdTe and HgCdTe,and geterostructures on their basis by the method of laser epitaxy. Technology of evaporation of semiconductor materials is developed by a laser YAG:Nd3+ with a next their besieging on crystalline and amorphous substrates of a different structure. The terms of growth of films are explored on their structural and photoelectric properties. In particular, it is the temperature of besieging and density of energy of impulses.
