- a three-level state governing conceptual model of innovative processes under the conditions of globalization is elaborated; - some functioning peculiarities of the state price regulation system are shown; - some labor motivation peculiarities in the depression phase of the macroeconomic cycle are stated; - some recommendations as for the formation of the integration mechanism of Ukraine into the EU and common free market zone in the context of manifold integration into the economic processes on the local level are given; - the recommendations as for improving organizational mechanism of the national and purpose programs are grounded. Degree of application: the suggested recommendations deepen theoretical knowledge in the sphere of state regulations of brunch, regional and productive potential of Ukraine; the suggested methods enable to promote innovative and investment activity at domestic enterprises.
