The purpose of development: to develop psycho-pedagogical model of the developing training teacher at an elementary school and methods of his preparation. The development: bases developers and researchers of developing training system come across a new question: teachers' preparation for work in this system. The complexity of this problem is in, as the experience of introducing of developing training system in school practice testifies, realization of the purposes connected with the development of a pupil as a subject of educational activity depends on the number of important features of the teacher's personality. Therefore studying of the teacher's personality features becomes a necessary condition of pedagogical activity construction in a teacher of developing training.
