The research subjects are special software (SS) "Ballistika-MS" algorithms and the current navigation parameters measured by GS CCTRL. The research goals are analysis and expertise of SS "Ballistika-MS" algorithms in regard to the solution of the boundary problem on determination of satellite orbital parameters and the previous analysis of the measured information. The satellite ballistics methods and the methods of statistical evaluating of the parameters by experimental data are used. The suggestions on the SS "Ballistika-MS" algorithms updating in regard to the solution of the boundary problem on determination of satellite orbital parameters are worked out; it is established the some GS CCTRL measure sessions discordance, that is appreciably affects on the quality of the satellite initial conditions specializing problem solution. The results obtained will be used to update GS CCTRL.
