Goal: There was the creating database of clean-up workers after Chernobyl disaster after MI, determining changes before MI, its course peculiarities, exercise tolerance for creating new methods of MI rehabilitation. Methods: clinical, analysis of irradiation influence as well as others risk factors, holter electrocardiography monitoring, dopplerechocardiography, bicycle ergometry. Results: In Q-IM clean-up workers after Chernobyl disaster were determined more ones 25-50 sZv irradiated. But risk factors before MI were registered in these cases. More than 1 risk factors were in 96 % MI clean-up workers after Chernobyl disaster, more than 3 ones were in 46.6 %. Hypertension (78%), smoking (64%), heredity, obesity (33.9%) were main risk factors. There was determining that after MI early angina pectoris make worse prognosis. In Q-MI patients long duration of ST-depression per day, heart arrhythmia (ventricular andsupraventricular) took place. Next MI follow-up determined heart remodelling (predominantly left ventricle dilatation), heart rate variability lowering. Efficacy: Determining changes before MI, its course peculiarities, exercise tolerance will enable to create new methods of MI rehabilitation that would facilitate lowering of reinfarction, hospitalizations.
